Changes, refunds and order issues

Our mooncakes are perishable and made to order for selected production and fulfilment dates. Payment secures the order and the agreed arrangements.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change. What can be changed or refunded depends on whether ingredients, packaging or production have already been committed. We apply the terms shown in the Amour Desserts online store and all rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns for perishable food once supplied. This does not limit your rights when a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees.

Contact us promptly on Messenger with the order number, a description and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until we advise the next step.

Carrier timeframes are estimates. We review tracking and the order details when an eligible posted order is delayed, damaged or returned.
